The room is modern and updated and the staff are exceptional. The traditional restaurant is reasonably priced for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel provides a good service. Besides, it offers great wifi to guests.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We had a beautifully maintained room in the really comfortable building. No matter the issue the staff was extremely helpful. The location was particularly good and fab, by sea on certain days. Moreover, it was really close to the centre of Magaluf and the lively strip as well as also Katmandu theme park.

When we visit Palma Nova, like staying here. Fabulous and impeccably clean place to stay in, it has really helpful and attentive staff from maid to manager. The location is incredible, the breakfast is varied.

The hotel had a marvellous location a few steps away from Playa Son Matias. Further, it was very close to restaurant offering 50 % discount the first time and 40%discount the second time as well as the promenade and beach. The delicious and exceptionally nice breakfast had plenty of meals and the food I tasted was cheap.

I stayed 4 nights and will be back when visiting Spain. I had reasonably priced room with walk in shower. The location of the hotel was incredible, the staff were attentive and helpful people from the receptionist on arrival greeting me by my first name. I tried some drinks at bar The Three Brothers Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.
